These terms apply when you use gmt400.parts or buy from GMT 400 Parts. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and fitment
Our parts are made for 1988-1989 Chevrolet and GMC GMT400 trucks, as listed on each product page. Please check the fitment information before you order. If you are not sure, contact us with a photo of your door panel and we will help confirm the fit. Because our products are handmade, small variations in appearance are normal.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Any sales tax that applies will be shown before you pay. If a price or listing contains an error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free by USPS Ground Advantage, and orders ship from Springfield, Missouri. You will get a tracking number by email. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Returns and refunds
We offer 30-day returns, and we pay return shipping. To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue your refund after we receive the returned item.
Card refunds go back to the original payment method. Crypto orders are refunded based on the US dollar amount you paid for the order, using a method we arrange with you.
Installation and use
Any install guide on this site is provided for general help. You are responsible for installing the parts safely and correctly, or for having a qualified person do it. Stop using a part if it becomes damaged or does not fit securely.
Warranty and liability
Except for any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived, our products and this site are provided without warranties beyond those stated in these terms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law
